Casa Mutina Modena

Located in the heart of the historical centre of Modena, Casa Mutina Modena is a series of residences. The interiors of Casa Mutina Modena have been designed by OEO Studio, in collaboration with Mutina’s Project Division. OEO Studio were responsible for the new spatial planning and architectural detailing that provided for a more contemporary context, while at the same time preserving the authenticity and architecture of the building.

OEO Studio devised four guest suites, each of which follows a different colour theme and mood-board with different materials, while being true to Mutina’s ambiance throughout all the spaces. Recurring elements across the four suites is Mutina Accents – a wide collection of tiles, wood, metals and accessories also designed by OEO Studio in recent years.

Casa Mutina Modena was awarded in the 'Best Design Concept' category of Monocle Design Awards 2021.
